We keep this short and in plain language, because that's how we'd want to read it too. ISPA Taman exists to help your neighbourhood stay informed — not to collect data about you.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the service:
- Committee accounts: your name, email and phone number, so we can verify your committee and let you manage your Taman page.
- Enquiries you send us, such as Taman claims, provider enquiries and help requests.
- Simple page-view counts per Taman, so committees can see that residents are reading their page.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, to anyone, for any reason.
- On the free Basic plan, there is no resident directory — we don't build lists of who lives where.
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored on servers located in Malaysia, and handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
How long we keep it
We keep committee account details while your page is active. If a Taman page is closed or handed over, we remove the previous committee's contact details once the handover is complete. Enquiries are kept only as long as we need to respond to them.
Your rights under PDPA
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just contact ISPA using the details below and we'll sort it out.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly, anonymous page counts only. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.
Changes to this notice
If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update this page and tell committees directly. We'll never make a quiet change behind your back.
