These terms explain, in plain language, how ISPA Taman works and what you can expect from us. By using the service, you agree to them.
What ISPA Taman is
ISPA Taman gives every Taman a free, official digital page: announcements, events, house rules, contacts and more in one place. ISPA provides the platform; your committee runs the page.
A free page for every Taman
Every Taman gets a Basic page free of charge, whether or not it is an ISPA member. Paid plans like Plus and Premium add extra features, but the free page is not a trial and it doesn't expire.
Your committee is responsible for what it publishes
Committees control their own page. Announcements, events, rules and documents are published by your committee, and your committee is responsible for their accuracy. ISPA verifies that a genuine committee claimed the page, but we don't review every post before it goes live.
Acceptable use
Please keep the platform safe and useful for everyone:
- No illegal, harmful or misleading content.
- No harassment, impersonation or spam.
- Ads and provider listings must be honest, relevant and for genuine local services. ISPA may remove ads that don't meet this.
- Only claim a Taman page if you are genuinely authorised by that Taman's committee.
Intellectual property
Your committee keeps ownership of the content it publishes. You give ISPA permission to host and display that content on the Taman page. The ISPA Taman name, look and platform remain the property of ISPA.
Service availability
We work hard to keep every Taman page online, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take the platform down briefly for maintenance, and we'll always try to keep that to a minimum.
Liability
Honestly and simply: ISPA provides the platform, but we are not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on what a committee publishes, nor for content posted by committees, residents or providers. If something on a Taman page concerns you, please raise it with the committee or contact ISPA and we'll help where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and tell committees directly. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
